The apartments of the residence Corte Fiorita are distributed into different sites around the medieval town of Bosa. The typical promenade alongside the banks of the river Temo, drives you to the reception of the Corte Fiorita in the building "Le Palme", positioned just in front of the river Temo.
Leaving the river and the colourful fishermen boats behind, walking across old paved roads it is possible to reach the medieval town, an area with ancient houses, stone decorations and beautiful arches. After a short ascent, you'll get to the building "I Gerani", that you will recognize by its warm ancient red colour and by its cast-iron balconies. In Bosa there is much to see, for example the Castle Malaspina on top of the Serravalle hill, that is surrounded by tall houses of the old medieval town. At the heart of the old town and facing the river Temo, lies the residence Corte Fiorita. Each building has been recently refurbished, following the original structure, offering a full range of facilities.

The apartments are subdivided in several ancient buildings. Reception in building "Le Palme".

Monolocale for max 2 + 1 pax
Single area for sleeping and living with 2 or maximum  3  sleeping accommodations in a separable double bed and/or 1 daybed, bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning, telephone, tv, kitchenette, dining area, terrace.

Bilocale for max 2 + 2 pax
1 bedroom with a separable double bed, some apartments have a 3rd and 4th sleeping accommodation on a daybed ( width 160 cm) in living room, some apartments are distributed on more two floors, bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning, telephone, tv, kitchenette, dining area. A balcony, a terrace or panoramic view are available on request (surcharge).
