The prices are per week/apartment. Possible surcharges or discounts are not considered yet.
Obligatory costs
- For bedlinen, towels and electricity => 35,-- € per week and person (from 2 years up)
- Final cleaning => Bilo 60,-- €, Trilo 65,-- € (with exception of the kitchenette, that must be cleaned by the guests before leaving)
- Guarantee deposit => € 200,-- (will be refunded at departure)
Optional costs
- Cot for babies under 2 years => 40,-- € per week
- Cleaning service of kitchenette => 30,-- €
- Additional change of towels and bed linen => 15,-- € per person/change (beds must be arranged by the guests)
- Pets until 5 kg on request => 50,-- € per week

The residence I Cormorani Alti is ideal for all those, who don't set a high value on a swimming pool or on a rich animation program. The residence is within walking distance to the beach and to the centre of Baja Sardinia. Absolute advisable restaurants in the entourage are for example the restaurant Bouganville, Miramare and I Ginepri.
