Price annotations |
The above refer to the official price per night / apartment without food. Any surcharges for the following special services or discounts, are not included in the price.
- Minimum stay 7 nights
- Guarantee deposit => 150,-- € (will be refunded at departure)
- For electricity, gas and water: 116,-- € first week, 70, -- € from 2nd Week
- On arrival, please check in at the b&b Verdemare
- Keys from 16.00 to 20.00. For delays, without notice to give, 50, - € into account.
- On departure the rooms must be cleared until 10:00. If delays (up to 15 hours), 60,-- € calculated
- Extras (clothes, TV, baby cot, etc. ..) at spot
- Detergents, hair dryer, iron and microwave are not provided
- Bed sheets and references are provided, but only blankets in the cold season, or on request (surcharge)
- The waste to be disposed in the street containers and the laundry to be folded on the table
- The kitchen, the refrigerator, to be cleaned and clear before check out. Plates, cutlery, pots must be also clean and tidy.
- The water is supplied by the village and cannot be guaranteed. Each house has for such cases a water cistern. With inadequate water consumption, 60,-- € demanded
- Pets are admitted depending on the house and only on request. Animals should not be confined to the beds, sofas, or the couch. The animals must have their own cot. Furthermore, a valid vaccination certificate is necessary, and on departure the apartment must be disinfected.
Extras ( on request ):
- TV => 4,-- € per day
- Washing machine => 10,-- € per day
- Cot / cradle => 8,-- € per day
- Bed linen => 7,-- € per week/change
- Towels => 7,-- € per week/change
- Cleaning for refrigerator and stove => 50,-- €
- Breakfast => 4,-- € per day/person
- Small, vaccinated pets => 5,-- € per day
- Larger, vaccinated pets=> 7,-- € per day
In the event of resignation or failure to travel the following amounts must be paid:
- 40 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival => 5% of the total amount
- 20 to 39 days before the scheduled arrival => 20% of the total amount
- 4 to 19 days before the scheduled arrival => 30% of the total amount
- 0 to 3 days before the scheduled arrival => 100% of the total amount

The beautiful granite stone villa is located in one enchanting corner of Torre dei Corsari. Only 50 meters separate the house from the sea. The only noise you hear there is the noise of the sea and the crickets. Beside the wooden furniture there is also some old stylish cabinets. The ancient juniper wood beams on the ceiling give the apartment a pleasant and natural fragrance. Everything is perfect for a romantic evening on the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset and the sea with a glass of Sardinian red wine.
