- Guarantee deposit => 100,-- € (will be refunded at departure)
- For electricity, gas and water => 20, -- € per week per person (from 5 years up).
- Final cleaning => 80,-- €
- Bed linen and towels => 20,-- € per person/week
- TV + decoder => 60,-- € per week
- A washing machine, depending on the apartment can be installed => 35,-- € per week
- A garden bed can be used for 8,-- €, a sun screen for 5,-- € per week
- An additional bed and a cot for once per 30,-- €
- Pets are allowed only on request. Small pets up to 5 pounds are free. Heavier animals cost 80, -- € per week
- In case of delayed arrival, after 20.00, an additional 20,-- € into account.
