Is Molas Resort is located in a panoramic position with a few equals in this part of Sardinia, from which is possible to enjoy a beautiful view on the sea, the Nora Tower and the Sulcis hills with their Mediterranean sent and colours. Is Molas Resort is provided with two restaurants. Restaurant Is Molas at the Club House, open at lunch time and for special occasions, offers a Mediterranean, creative cuisine. It has both indoor and outdoor spaces and a nice banquets hall. Restaurant Le Ginestre at the hotel. At guests disposal for the dinner, it’s provided with outdoor and indoor spaces and its menu varies every day.
Thanks to the closeness to the sea and the shelter given by the surrounding hills, this area enjoys a warm microclimate ideal for golf all year round: the temperature reaches 20° at the beginning of spring, raises over 30° in summer and even in December and January can easily pass 15°. The Is Molas Golf Course was the first in Sardinia, more then 30 years ago, and with its 27 holes is still the biggest on the island. Designed by Cotton, Pennick & Partners and it hosted many important competitions, including four Italian Open and an European Volvo Master. It’s one of the most technical and spectacular courses of the Mediterranean. At the clubhouse is possible to hire carts, clubs and equipment (except for the shoes). Is Molas is also home to the Golf Academy held by Dan Williamson, where is possible to attend golf lessons and courses. The private Is Molas Beach Club, five minutes from the resort, is located in a lovely small bay named Suergiu de Mari, well protected from the wind and with a view on the Tower of Nora. The beach is sandy, the sea is quiet, clean and with a nice brightness. Is Molas Beach Club is the sole private beach at Suergiu de Mari, always quiet and never too crowded. The seabed slopes gently and bathing is safe and pleasant for the children. Expert lifeguards take care of every guest safety. The guests of Is Molas Hotel can enjoy the beach and during the summer they can dispose of free sun beds and umbrellas. Moreover, from June to September a free shuttle service runs several times a day between the resort and the beach, and a Bar and catering service is available. At Is Molas Beach Club is possible to attend lessons regarding many water sports, to rent pedalos, canoes, small sailing boats, inflatable boats and wind surfs.
